About Here’s and Theirs

Here’s and Theirs is built around a simple idea: resume feedback can be entertaining without being empty. AI Roast My Resume pairs a blunt, funny critique with practical ways to improve your next draft.

We’re focused on new graduates navigating their first applications and career switchers translating their experience into a new role. The goal is clearer writing, relevant keywords, and achievements that say something real.

Roast the resume, not the person. AI suggestions should always be checked for accuracy; they cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or a pass through every applicant tracking system.
